Find some tutorials, read them, try again. You'll learn about lightsourcing, shading, and all SORTS of other useful pixelart tools. |

They look good except for the outline. Try changin your outline to match the shading a bit.

he means use sell-out, change the outline color of the brick to a
darker shade of the brick color. |

Make the outline yellower is what Shark interprets from Kwigbo's post.
I suggest you look at some tutorials, especially on coloring, since you're using way more colors than you need and it just looks like noise. http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixels/links.asp?id=2192 |
