Good part of the day. 
I made this today. I know, looks messy in the bottom but I'm just trying to make as low color as I can go. I'm a newbie in pixelart. 
In the reason was "each pixel placed by hand". It is. 
Yes, It was made with using reference picture, but it is handmade work.

	We should not be the judge of what's ok. You are the judge of that. Asking for advice, c&c, or anything else is cool. As long as what you make that you submit to the gallery is pixelled not using any fx or tools then its fine. This was added to your gallery :)
