Hi fellow PixelJoint-ers

I'm helping out a friend who have a problem logging in for a week or so. His username is Animator 111
His e-mail is: mailto:elksigr@yahoo.com
Is there any way to fix this? He mention that he can't login even though he's using the right password. And the option: 'forgotten password' on the site is not working. He already sent messages via the site support, but no reply until now. Any mods that can help my friend here? I wonder if anybody had experience the same issue. Please let me know :)

Nothing appears wrong with the Animator111 account.

Try this that tomic tried and worked for him for now.

Not using his gallery password in the forum he 'Forum's lost password-email' which sent him an auto generated 8 digit password.
He now uses a password for the gallery and another for the forum.
This glitch is yet to be found but let me know here if this works.
Another solution is for him to PM me so I can override manually but I cannot go thru you. Account holder only.

Why are you even doing this for another PJer?
