First of all I'm pretty sure the hand with a boxer glove has got a thumb on the wrong side. :D

I'd vote for her chest or stomach being a couple pixels shorter but It's only a matter of body proportions so you can have whatever you like more.

Shadow on the neck might be placed directly under her chin.

Hair has got no texture, try making the hair in only blue first and then add color streaks.

hmm did i do the hair right this time?
the back of the hair is def not finished
and are the legs okay? they seem bland or something

Her hair looks much better now. Legs look okay, her kneecaps seem a bit too low though.
