Myself and a few others have been working on an open world type of JRPG for around 8-9 months now. Unfortunately the artist we had didn't have time to work on the game much and now we need a new artist. The game website is here: Monster RPG 3.

On the team right now we have myself doing the programming and odd jobs, a composer, a QA person and someone writing a story (4 people.) We are planning on splitting the profit between these people and an artist or possibly multiple artists as the job is quite big.

I have a lot of experience making games. I've been doing so for around 20 years now and started selling my games in 2010 with Monster RPG 2. I've made several other commercial games including Crystal Picnic. Both of those games are large in scale so I know how to pull of a large game.

The artist we need should be able to produce art that matches the existing NES-style art we have now (see website for screenshots.) We need tiles, characters, enemies and so on. It's a big job and I'm looking for someone who is interested in creating a large scale game on a team with us. Ultimately, I have no guarantees about how much the game will make, so I'm looking for someone with a passion for this sort of thing, like I myself and the other team members have.
