well you know when you're a sleep your brainwaves are much more regular than when you're awake. So maybe music can actually help? I dunno lol I have yet to finish the sleep chapter in my psych class

it was at the right house, i didnt drink alcohol and yes it was a total failure. and then i was really cold when we were leaving (it was below 0 and i only had my t-shirt and a denim jacket) cause the people kept talking to me and i wanted to get in the car, but the car was really cold too. now i have a sore thoat |
