Pixel Joint Forum: Hi! Submission to gallery...

   Hello!

For the last few years I've been a lurker but I decided I'm going to start getting involved instead of silently working on pixel art without feedback.

I posted an image to the gallery a few days ago but it's still awaiting approval; how long does the approval process usually take? If an image stays in the 'Awaiting Approval' status, does that mean it was rejected?

Or am I just being impatient?

	Your piece is still in the queue! It a nice first piece and see no reason it should be denied entry. The main reason for the delay is that there are quite a few pieces in the queue and we try to give each of them some time on the front page for exposure. If no other mods get to it in the next 8h, I will approve it at the end of my work day.

	I am not really paranoid, but those poor pieces hibernating on page 7 or so are quite pitiful. They lie there... Forgotten... Covered in cobwebs waiting for some archaeologist or tomb raider to find them, craving for some attention... Sometimes I pay a visit and, in my thoughts, I kiss them good night.
