Summary
Hey Folks. I'm prototyping a concept in RPG maker, though its usual anime-esque style really doesn't fit the scifi / cyberpunk inspired setting I have in mind. Hence I'm looking for someone to design a pair of base characters that fit the art style I'm looking for.

Description
Male and Female character in the usual RPG maker setup. This is nothing more than a set of 3 or 4 frame walking animations for Front, left, right and back positions. You should be able find plenty of examples on google, however a single frame should be 32x64 pixels in size, instead of the usual 32x32. The characters should be about 2/3ds or 3/4ths the height of the frame.

The style that I want is (from what I've heard) called retro futuristic. It is colorful, highly stylized, 80s inspired pure madness. Best way to describe it is through examples; Narita Boy, Dungeon of the Endless, and more recently UnDungeon are really good examples of what I'm looking for.

The two characters should be rather plain looking, wearing something simple like a shirt and cargo pants, so they can be used as templates for minor edits and recolors, which would make it easier to populate the game with NPCs.

Pricing
Considering this is a concept that might never even see the light of day, I'm hoping not to spend too much money. I have a maximum amount I'm willing to spend in mind, although I'll be waiting for offers first.

Unfortunately, I've been burned by people who didn't deliver after payment in the past, so before I pay I will need to see some evidence. A blurry, scaled jpeg is fine.

If this project does end up catching on, I might have more opportunities in the future.
