Ading some people could help, and you've got too many grass and brick colors. Also, the lightsource moves around lots.

you could add some details to the roofs.. some posts by the road, maybe traffic lights, stop signs.

Also, what's going on with that roof there on the red building? You need to better define whatever effect you were going for, cause i cant tell what its supposed to be like.. 

good job on the road, I like how you made it look worn out, adds to the realism, it might be a bit too much, but i like it

the light source is undefined at best, that needs fixing for sure. The biggest problem I see here is the scale (lack of). The cars indicate that these buildings are three stories high, yet the huuuuge windows are in some other scale, You only have 2 doors which are as big as a car? The bricks are nice but also don't match the scale. As for what to add it would help if you define the hood, is it industrial, commercial, etc.
