I have a running animation that is about 4 frames each direction (up,down,left,right) that needs improvement with perspective, flow, and shading. I'm paying roughly min. $75-$100 depending on how well the artist improves it. I usually am generous! For expert animators/pixel artists.

It'd be hard to judge the amount of work necessary without seeing an example. Would you mind posting what you have?
