Pixel Joint Forum: [PAID] WANTED: Artist for Surreal RPG "OddYonder"

   Helloooooo

I am looking for a pixel artist(s) and/or a designer(s) for a unique RPG in the vein of EarthBound, Mother 3, Undertale, Paper Mario, etc. It's called OddYonder. Am currently only a hobbyist developer and composer, but  incredibly serious. Most of the game has been written, so I need an exciting world with exciting characters for the story to inhabit.

What I'm going for is a unique, living and breathing world that will stick with the player. Think surrealist and cartoony: absurd designs, thick outlines, bright colours, exaggerated features, etc. Characters, monsters, towns, dungeons, worlds... there will be tonnes of creative freedom to make whatever you want.

The style of art should be a pastiche of 8-bit and 16-bit, similar to EarthBound, Mother 3, Undertale, Pokémon, etc. Some references:
