Hi all i have fixed and improved the english translation of iDraw 3.32.03 version,

Originally the first english translation was made by his original author "Hawk" for iDraw 3.32.01 and after "RPG Advocate" made the english translation for iDraw 3.32.03.

I used both english version and the japanese version to make a new improved english translation.

Here the changes:

-Fixed some words space (hidden letters in the UI).
-Fixed typos errors.
-Fixed bad translation words.
-Fixed untranslated words.

-Updated "Setting" icon in the Animation Window.

-Added samples files in "samples" folder.

-Added some tutorials pages from internet in "tutorials" folder.

-Added 2 Bonus programs files translated in english:

-"PalEdit" , it's a palette editor made by the author of IDraw, you can load a picture in bmp format, swap colors and move color in the index color palette, finally save your new picture in bmp format with your changes in the index color palette. It's a complement to iDraw because iDraw can't swap colors or move color in the index color palette. ( see "PalEdit.exe" in "IDraw_2018" folder. )           
           
-"ZoomScreen" , it's a zoom screen tool made by the author of IDraw, you can zoom around the mouse cursor to know pixel position on the screen, pixel color information and more. ( see "ZoomScreen.exe" in "IDraw_2018" folder. )
