I am Shahzad of Retroguru (retroguru.com) and we do FREEWARE games for several systems. Amongst our supported systems are games for Amiga OCS (yes, the classic Amiga 500!), Dreamcast, plenty of obsoure systems, but also main-stream systems such as Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

We are already a bunch of people (see staff on our homepage) but our regular graphic artists lack of time. we seek long time support with new people to work with. we want to create new games, but also finish up stuck projects.

As Retroguru is a hobby for everyone, we don't have big time pressure, but it's important to do what you agree for.

So far we managed to release the one or other game in physical form (Hermes for Dreamcast). The risk for producing the game lies within the publisher, so all the sales moiney go back to them. If there should be a plus, the money goes back into other Retroguru projects. So if we make physicals we can grant you free copies, etc. If there is enough plus, we also want to realize team t-shirts for all members etc. But keep in mind, we talk about non-profit for now. So in worst case there is only fame and the feeling to see a game with your graphics on really plenty of systems.

You can check out nine of our already completed games on our homepage. So far we already achieved few things and made it in the one or other magazine or online blog.

We would love to see you able to take over projects from another gfx artist or do complete new stuff. In theory you have almost all artistic freedom, but of course specs as colors and sizes. We useually use little colors.
