How do I fix this error?

"500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

It specifically happens when I try to view my profile tabs such as my gallery or messages.

I got the same error, right when I tried to submit art too...
I think its something server side though.

The site has these weird burps sometimes where it'll have internal server errors for no reason. All we can do is wait.
