Hi... sorry i haven't give any news in the last couple days. I've done some things to my tile, where there is a gif showing the changes i've done...
However i dont feel my actual skils are up to the task. So i will give up this collaboration for now. But i will come back! Please give my tile to someone better prepare! Again, sorry for not posting anything before. |

#Sasha127 your tile is looking beautiful and it seems very much done to me. I really think you shouldn’t abandon it. I’ve read the rules carefully and someone else cannot finish your tile, so it you reject it it will be lost and that would be a waste becasue it looks great.

Hi @gawrone thank you for your kind words!
I has aware that my tile wouldn't be finished, I was actually refering to the number itself, like the place (sorry for the misunderstanding) I`ll follow your advice, so, here is my finished tile;

@sasha127, don't worry at all, your tile looks very good, I'm not even sure which part you aren't sure of :) @Irena; I'll give it a serious thought. :) @Gawrone; all 3 are good ideas and all of them have been done in various collabs before, check the first post for old collab links (aliens: iso-ology, dune: isodead people, statue of liberty: isocalypse now) but that doesn't mean they can't be redone. If it was me, I wouldn't go for a very realistic scale in order not to make them super big but of course don't try to fit everything in one tile. Maybe you can draw a lineart and see what it will be like.

But I've put more time into studying all of them and in fact, some ideas were reused, like Fallout Vault door in ISO-OLOGY and ISOtopes. I think I wouldn't feel comfortable with the exact same thing that was used before, like Statue or sandworm, but something else from the already used source would not bother me - like something other that alien-queen's cave. But I would prefer someone more experienced would do a better looking xenomorph.
For now I would like to try #73 if that's possible. |

@Gecimen; some space station on the edge of space, maybe... just an idea... Or some crazy drive-in diner with a lot of small vessels.

@gawrone; sandworm is like the most prominent reference from a huge classic like dune so I personally would like to see one in this collab; I'm sure it won't be identical. But of course some harkonnen meeting would be cool as well. @Irenaart; something like this? ![]() @Talbone;it's ok thanks for the update. |

Here is my proposition for #73. I tried to find smooth connection between Sasha127 orange cliff, and king_bobston yellow sandy desert. I hope now tiles between will find it not as forced connection? I tried to add black into the abyss to make it even deeper but failed to implement it correctly. maybe someone will have an idea to continue the Forbidden Planet robot trail, so I included some on the dunes, but they could be used for something else aswel.
![]() ![]() @Gecimen thats wonderful. Do we have to wait for someone to volunteer to this DUNE colab? |

@Gawrone; if you wish you can just start with one tile. or you can draw the lineart of the whole thing and people will join. Whichever you choose. @Irenaart; good idea. Btw, would you like to switch tiles with me?

I will think about lineart. At this moment it seems to me that the good location would be around the tile I just did - right and up from there.
But I have an idea for green #63 I could start right away. |

@Gecimen; yeah, sure! I won't be fast though (life of a freelancer), but will try to make some nice border/guidelines for your tile ASAP.

@gawrone, @darchangel; sure guys! #63 and #43 are yours. @gecimen; btw Geci, I don't want to push you with some mini-collab if you are not interested and have some other, solo idea for the #98. And we can switch our tiles only if you really want it...

![]() What do you think? I thought that this universe could also be included here somehow, and planet Endor came to my mind in forest biome. I think that #70 will have a lot of freedom, how to finish this AT-ST, broken legs? partially burried? hanging over cliff above the water? maybe with a Wookiee even? who knows? Should I add another Ewok or just fill the top left part with more jungle? |

@Irena; not at all, I LOVE Douglas Adams and I love mini collabs of all sorts :D (I went ahead and switched our tiles). @gawrone; lovely tile! another ewok or a part of their traps wouldn't hurt.

![]() What about both - ewok and a trap? A red furred ewok pulling a huge net trap. We will have to wait to see what kind of thing got cought in it until the next episode :) EDIT: violet hood is much more readabel than green one. ![]() |

Wow, thank you guys for all the compliments. It is so rewarding and motivating. I already wish to start working on #87. It it's possible, than it would be my fifth tile so I need to ask if there is a limit of how many tiles I can do?

@gawrone; if you want, #87 is yours. And there is no limit on how many tiles you can do. The only limitation is that you can not work the tiles that border your tiles. This limit becomes more visible at the end of the collaboration when there is a smaller selection of available tiles. In one of the previous collab (Pirates of the ISObbean) I made 16 tiles, so consider this challenge and overtake me.

@Irenaart this is tempting. I would love to take the challenge but I imagine this would require some preplanning to be achievable. I already have very little choice because my own tiles are blocking me all around. And I do not feel like being skilled enough to try edge tiles.

Thank you. I wanted to include Stargate as another SF franchise reference. I'm only familiar with the original 1997 movie, but I know it became very popular and was continued in many sequels and series shows. Therefore the anubis type character. The black goo monster coming out of the portal is not related. I'm sure someone will have cool idea to continue it :)

Sure thing vierbit! @gawrone; at first I thought of Stargate but the monster coming out made me thing it's just a generic portal; anyhow looks cool!

@Irenaart, this slightly gives me the Jetsons esthetics vibe :) Will you dock some tiny space ships there? I don't think I'm competent enough to suggest anything, but I will just share my random thought. If you change that dark orange d49322 shade of the platform to 763858 violet it will look less "wood-like" and more neonish, spacey and futuristic. There are probably better color combinations that could avoid that woodden plankish feel if that is actually a thing and not only my personal delusion.
I would really appreciate help with my WIP becasue I feel lost, trying to squeze 2d game into isometric. ![]() |

It is acceptable. Nothing biggie but: the separation of dark and light parts of the pyramid seems a bit artificial. the coloumn part on the ground would be too thin considering our scale.

My new WIP for #98. There is still a lot of work to be done, but maybe it will be enough for Geci to start with his tile. I really don't want to block you, but don't have much time... It's still very rough, but I'll adapt to you if necessary... ![]() |

![]() Ok this feels risky to me, so before I work on it more, please tell me what you think? I know that the ultimate hunter :) is too big for our scale, but I couldn't make his head convincible in smaller size. Maybe smaller body with big head will do? |
