Hello, I don't wanna make this long, I need help and I'm going bonkers.

I'm currently working on a Pixel art animation project, wich includes all the stuff you usually see on it (voice, sounds effects, camera movements and such)

I Use aseprite to make the sprites, backgrounds, props and such, and My method used to consist on me animating the scenes and then export them on gif and then put them on a Video editor ¿the problem? Is that i couldn't get the timing right, the time on the scenes some times were shorter or longer than the audio. And it's really annoying to be re animating everything everytime an audio clip didn't work.

I remember a long time ago, when Flash was a thing, that I could take an sprite sheet and set it's duration and movemente through the scene just by adding Keyframes. This allowed me to work everything separatedly withouth messing the whole scene/sprites/art. And if something don't sums up, I Just could change the sprite and that's it (not the entire scene)

So, my question is, there is any software that can do this nowadays? I need to make and edit videos, some people pointed out Game Maker, but it just doesn't work for me, i ned to be able to take a sprite sheet and animate it as a separated object and moving it for the scene in keyrames, as well to have layers for backgrounds, and such, just like the old youtube sprite animations were.

Pliz guys, i'll love you forever if you can help me

I don't know if Animate CC can do this, but it is professional animation software and is based on what used to be Flash.
But I suppose in most animation software you should have perfect frame control, even if you import gifs...

I had a look at the goldfish pixel art video making of, and he used anime studio pro. Maybe it's useful.

Good luck!
