   1) No company, this is a solo project at the moment

2) Sprite work for an isometric tactical RPG

Sci-Fi tactical RPG, with upto 15 playable characters, like Shining Force. 6 Humans, 10 aliens, a cross galaxy romp as the group chases a parasite that can destroy worlds it infects.

Using a Genesis color palate as it lends to darker scenes which work well with the space/sci-fi scenes.

3) I expect a teammate who is can manage decent communication and honesty

4) Paid gig, it will be a slow project as I am the sole coder/3d modeler we can discuss your rate
