Legs are too short, they must be a little bit longer than the body. There is something with the eyes also, i think the corners on the viewers side are too bright. And actual hair is dark only in dark places ^^ the lonely hairs that are standing out shoulld be bit brighter. But that all is just a theory, you may try that out in practice...
