   1.) Job info, specs, deadline: 

I am a composer creating an original album called "TOWNS FM" that recalls cozy towns from 90s JRPGs. If you like music by Uematsu, Mitsuda, Higashino, Sakuraba, etc. you will know what I am talking about. The music is done and now I want to commission the artwork. 

I am looking for a (PAID, of course) partner/collaborator to produce five pieces of artwork, and potentially simple animation, to go along with the music I have made when I upload it to youtube and streaming platforms.

No particular deadline.

2.) What skills do you expect from the artist?

Five pieces of artwork will be required. My goal is to commission art that recalls the town scenes of 90s JRPGs. OK to use stock assets. See below for examples; these are basically static images with some light animation:

3.) Paid or not? and salary info

Paid, of course. I am very sensitive to how people commissioning work online often expect so much for very little pay. Given the open-ended nature of the project, I expect to pay an hourly rate. This is my first time commissioning art.
