   Hey! I'm Thomas, and I love pixel art.

I've been doing some pixel art for 2 years when I was 15-16 year-old. Now, 10 years later, I'm seriously back to it! One year ago I unlocked my creative block, that I got since teenagehood.. I discovered again the pleasure to draw, to make photomontage, etc, etc... I'm sharing part of these on my Instagram @palo.poli.art

Now I want to create my game ! I'm learning how to use Unity properly. I have some ideas of minigames to create to get used to the engine. And for now I'm working on dinosaurs sprites for a game developed by another guy. It's good training for me (sprites, tiles, UI, etc..) and to be in a team is less overwhelming.

I'll post my WIPs in the section for it and expect some feedbacks and help from the community. I'll also share my part of the cake!

	Hi everyone. I have randomly explored the gallery for a long time, so it may be time to register here. I'm not a great pixel artist, I mostly write code. I am currently working on a 2D game engine, where you will be able to create and play your games directly in a browser, by coding them in the python programming language. I sometimes search for 2D tilesets, so in the future I may ask if I can use any of them exposed in pixeljoint. And I will surely ask in the job offerings if some people would be kind enough to draw some little tileset. Sometimes I draw with pencil and paper, and it makes results like this (but that's obviously not pixel art) :

	Hey everyone! My name is Dasha and I recently discovered pixel art for myself. I am learning mobile development, Swift language in particular and I have an ambition to expand my skills to mobile games. I always loved this old-school aesthetic in pixel games, and I want to implement this style in my future game. I found this forum when I was looking for tutorial to draw some icons for my app, and i saw there saw many amazing works, it inspired me so much to try it! 	Hello all I go by 8Nephila8, you can call me Neph for short if you'd like. I live in Canada with my daughter and grandson (our cat Sylvester) And well basically my whole extended family. I'm currently in between jobs and with the whole pandemic thing right now it seems like I won't be seeing one anytime soon. "Lucky" for me it gives me time to spend working on my many art related passions. I've loved pixel art nearly all my life and I'm not really sure why it took me so long to join this place. It's SO nice to have a site just for pixels. Most of the time when I look up pixels on DA I get anything but pixel art. So annoying. Other kinds of art I enjoy doing are Traditional Inks, Digital Colors, Cosplay, Cooking/Baking, Make-up (nails mostly). My Deviant Art account has some of my non pixel stuff on it if you're curious... WARNING Most of it is NSFW leaning toward erotic or horror themes. I'm mostly into video games (playing Chrono Trigger for the first time currently) and thanks to them I've decided to try pixel art. I'm not that good, but there's progress. 	Just wanted to take a moment to say Hi from the UK. I've really enjoyed joining the site and seeing such amazing work from a great community of people. Love the format and the help rating and comments give. I've got into Pixel Art quite late in life (I'm 48) as my son and I picked it up coding our own games for fun in Gamemaker and Pico8. Now we are addicted! Such a relaxing and satisfying activity Was lead here by r/PixelArt where I have posted a couple of pieces. Still very much learning so all feedback, coaching and guidance appreciated! Have fun! See you around. Rewind

	Hi I'm Ednodius I live in the UK, I've already done some pixel art about a year ago and I am good at drawing. so by the time I discovered pixel joint it was a few months back and all I did was view forums. then I saw the amazing artwork on here then months later I decided to log in just two days ago ,I make games on scratch and learning to code on their. I am 16 years old I play some video games from the 90s' because the 90s' was probably the best time you've had in years and that Sega was doing what NintenDON'T. but I do play a bit of Nintendo as well not always Sega and sonic the Hedgehog all time, I play metal slug as well as Mario games and that makes me purple rather than blue or red LOL . so i hope you have a great year and hope your Christmas present arrives in time for Christmas. Still learning pixel art and looking for feedback Have a great year! Ednodius
