Needed a pixel artist who excels specifically at Sega Genesis style pallets. Project is a retro inspired RPG emulating retro styles and gameplay styles with some modern tweaks. would need a mix of character and background elements. Would not be using a tileset style build.

What skills do you expect from the artist (with links to similar examples if any)
a mix of human an anthro pixel skills (protagonist is an anthro penguin pirate for example) good communication, references to projects worked on in past with game name and what was done.

Paid or not?
Paid, negotiable, long term preferred. Solo artists only, no teams/cabals/groups (too many scams)
