Pixel Joint Forum: my pixel art piece for 2023

   my commitment is loading at least one piece of pixel art a year, so here it is...

I Started this with ms paint in my office , now I'm finishing at home with grafx2.
it
 just started as a doodle so I'm not sure about what it should be : 
perhaps a dwarf nobleman? or just a Tom Bombadil inspired character. but
 definetly he's short :)

no particular issues so far , but feedback is appreciated
