Looking for a pixel artist who can comfortably work on character sprites going up to 128 x 128px.

What skills do you expect from the artist (with links to similar examples if any)
The artist needs to be comfortable working on characters with digitigrade legs. We've had issues with previous artists who have struggled with making the leg movements natural with these types of legs.

While the company is an indie start up, we will have professional level concept art and character sheet key frames for the artist to work with.

The animations will be on average 6-15 frames. Each character will have up to 20 animations.

You will be expected to work with other artists and be able to keep us up to date in regards to your progress.

Paid or not? and salary info
Paid on a monthly basis at market rates for each commission.
