I'm looking for a pixel art generalist to partner up with and take the visual side of the project to the next level by focusing on the two key objectives:
- Replacing gen ai placeholders (backgrounds + main menu)
- Presenting artwork to the audience, iterating and improving to reach higher engagement and grow wishlists

I'm open to going from minor changes to a full redesign of any component/asset of the game. Number one goal is to grow the audience, raise awareness and drive Wishlists.

I'm ready to offer 50-50 revshare despite working on this game for about a year now because I believe a good artist can multiply the value of the project tremendeously for mutual benefit.

I believe this is a good opportunity because the artist could have day 1 impact which we can measure through analytics and take informed steps steering towards success. On top of that, we could launch Early Access and establish some revenue stream as early as within 3-4 months if we feel the numbers are solid and it makes sense. I'm hard at work for the Steam Next Fest demo in June.

My background is in engineering and game design (~15 years of experience in various roles). I already published an iOS/Android game that sold 2k units (eclidus.com).

While I'm writing specifically for Skill Order, I'm open to this type of partnership for new projects as well. I believe I'm a pretty great developer, I can ship high quality features and products, but I need a great artist to complete the minimal skillset needed for awesome indie games.

Looking to start small and build bigger and bigger titles with larget teams down the line.
