Hi there,

My name's Tristan Clark. I'm currently overseeing the development of a tactical RPG. It's recently made the jump from 2D to 3D, and work is going well on it.

However, I'm posting about a completely different side-project that I'm working on. Here's a brief blurb:

Flo is a non-scrolling platform game, in a similar style to the Bubble Bobble series. You control Flo, a young druid girl, using the mouse. Flo can leap onto platforms, cling to foliage-clad walls, and hang from vines.

In the game, a mysterious evil force is invading the Azure Forest, where Flo lives. Scattered throughout the forest are giant crystal shards, which the bad guys are now for some reason trying to destroy. Flo must protect as many of these shards as she can by fending off the bad guys.

If you want to read more, you can check out this design document:

I'm after someone who would want to create the main sprite of Flo (who has dimensions of about 40x64), as well as the enemies, collectables, other objects, and backgrounds.

Ideally, I'd be able to pay you in royalties when the game comes out, which I realise is quite a big thing to ask. However, if you would like to be paid during the development process, I'm sure we can come to some kind of agreement, perhaps where I will pay as much as I can now, as well as royalties down the line.

I don't have any completed projects that would be good to show off, but if you want you can download a (rather buggy) demo of the RPG I am also developing. Keep in mind that all the graphics are placeholders, and that the game is now going to be in 3D. Here's a link:

If you are at all interested, or have any queries, please feel free to email me at tristastic@gmail.com with your questions or samples of your work.

Cheers.
