Um, whats up with those cowboys? These things appear as mushrooms after rain.. But your cowboy is ill, the desease is called pillow shading. And also, use more contrast on the shirts shades. |

Since pillow shading was mentioned I have a question. What if the lightsource is in the front? Or should that be avoided?

Avoided. Move it to the top if you don't want to use left/right.

It may be in the front, but obviously it won't shine from bottom to the top with same brightness... But front is very rare anyway, so..
