i once read a post on pixel joint that you can convert a pixel image into an index image or something like that, then rotate it, without the rotation creating any blurring.....can someone please give me quick walk through on how to do this usine either:

photoshop or fireworks mx

Photoshop...

Edit >> Preferences >> General >> Interpolation = Nearest Neighbor (Faster)
