hahah so my psych teacher was lecturing us and chewing on some chestnuts, and this girl who sits right in front of him raised her hand for like 10 minutes without interrupting him, until he finally called on her.  she had a pill in her hand and asked to go get a drink. He said "what you're gonna take that? Am I supposed to let you take that in school?" (obviously meaning, put your hand down and shut up) and she's all giggly and finds this hillarious and when she finally stops laughing she tells him that she's having an allergic reaction! and he's like "you're having what? wtf?" so she says it again and he says "well why are you sitting here laughing when you're having an allergic reaction?" so she ran to get some water and take her pill.  While she was out the girl who sits behind her told us that the girl is allergic to nuts! LMAO!  so the teacher's like "oh sh*t, really? the nuts I'm eating right now?" and she comes back he says "1.  You're supposed to tell me when you can't breathe, cause that was just stupid.  and 2. sorry i just nearly killed you"

yeah, My psych class is better than your psych class, but you had to be there!

If it isn't already in place, maybe deleting all accounts that have existed for a month without any activity automatically would be a good idea.

I think maybe we're being a bit harsh on the noobs that do post sometimes.. like, if they post something stupid and we get all "stop being stupid, noob." then they rarely want to post their art after such a warm welcome.  Not that we should allow for noob spamming (outside this thread, i mean)... but still, but gentler about it.

And I dont think making a section for noobs would be good.. don't really have a good reason why, i just don't think it'd work.

the reason this is the most active place is because we can say whatever.  I mean, I still check every other section every time I'm here, but if I don't have anything helpful to say, then I dont want to spam the WIP threads and such. cause then they get locked if we get off-topic.

I try to post as much as i can everywhere, but -despite what some of you might think- I don't like to spam threads that actually have a purpose i'm sure a lot of off-topic regulars are the same..
