The hat looks a bit out of shape, but the rest looks alright.

Just needs a bit of work on the shape of the body and legs.

I'm guessing the pale colours are a stylistic choice, and it should look fine if used correctly. At the moment he seems to be leaning to his right, and as Hazviz said, his hat is very scrappy. The body seems 'ok' but i think the trousers could deff do with some work, and i'm not keen on the notch where the torso and trousers meet.
