Hey.

Just wanted to drum up some visitors to my team's website (link in my sig).

Mr. Blocko is our only completed game right now. It's a single or two player puzzle/platformer that looks kinda like Tetris but plays very differently since you don't actually control the falling blocks.

You can design your own themes and accessories using the templates then place them in the correct folders and they'll be selectable ingame.

We're working on 2 other games right now, an endurance boss shmup thing and a scrolling shooter/adventure game.

The boss shmup's called Intercept and it should be finished very soon. Within the month... hopefully, so if you check back in a few weeks, it should be up for download.

I'd be most grateful for any comments on the site and games.

I saw this boss ship in the gallery and it looks great in your game. The UI is very nice too. I'm not a fan os saturated colors but they work well here.

EDIT: Your Robot factory screens look awesome.

Yeah I saw your game on the shmup-dev site. :)

I hate the background though, it's too busy and makes the enemy shots hard to see sometimes. Try to make it a different palette than the enemy ships/shots and make it a different saturation level too. It kinda ruins the game.

I've played the game, and it really doesn't confuse things. With every new sprite/background I draw, I test it in-game.

I was thinking of having the city change lighting over night and day though.

Maybe it's just me but the colors are the same saturation and it makes things hard to see with likt the green snaky things and such. The background and the ship blend together and i think it would be alot better if you made them seperate saturations or at leasst differing colors. It's a solid game, I just don't want you to think that i was being mean.

Simple, yet superb, in my opinion.
