Im added the people later,  Anyone got any ideas / comments particularly on items/objects to have in the room?

I would suggest spending some time texturing the floor a bit.  Maybe you could add traditional torture items like the rack and people hanging from chains.

The floor was the main problem with previous piece, It was too plain.
