I may use photoshop to make the background invisible for one of my works, and i'm wondering if doing this would change anything, you know like blur the character or sometthing like that, let me know soon please.

It depends. If you use the Wand Tool to select a colored background that you want to make transparent, you wanna make sure that the tool's setting is unchecked on the anti-aliasing.

Or make your art over a tranparent base layer, then "save for web". Nothing will change unless you colors are not embedded.
