The sunbeams all end below the screen. If you ended them at various points in the grass (and then used brighter patches of grass to show how they light it up) you'd get much more sense of depth. For the tree, some shading to darker brown at the left edge would make it look more cylindrical. Maybe a little on the right, too. The pose on the green-haired character is a little awkward. You might want to change one (or both) of the arms. And the fallen character looks like a superhero. I don't know if that's what you were going for or not... but if not, then you should tweak the hair a bit so it doesn't look like a mask. I like the character in back -- the protagonist, I assume -- his pose is very good. Also, I really like the leaves of the trees. I'm assuming there's also a pan here, which looks well-planned, if I'm guessing the dimensions right. The final composition (with only the protagonist visible) seems quite nice. |
