I submitted this piece last night but I'm not sure what's wrong with it. It says that it needs to be revised. Any help is appreciated.

It could use some anti ailasing on the edges, and some less saturated colours

i have no idea what that means lol.  I just use microsoft paint and I don't know what those terms mean

You're dither pattern isn't used very well.
Try darker colors, it's too bright.

Also, it might be nice to add transparency.

Seeing as you have MSPaint you're pretty much suited out for pixelart. If you don't want to add transparency i suggest giving it an interesting yet not distracting background.

It needs AA (anti-aliasing), less gradient shading, keep your palette small and refined, and up the contrast. Tutorials, reference pictures and investigating all the different terms in pixelart should help you greatly.
