v nice work, but 2 me it seems a bit small mayb try doing a bigger
picture of the whole head, or try expanding that 1? but what u have done is great!! |

kl kl, i jus thought the bit of the head thats missing could have made
it better, but if that goes outside the avatar poportions then i supose u cant, nice neways |

you could use some dithering on the face, to shade the colors some
more, and maybe use some selout on the edges of the face, or maybe some
AA'ing

I've never been a big fan of pixels traced overtop an image like this. It's fairly obvious and I think it'd say more about you and your skills if you just did an interpretation of the image rather than trace it

I agree with Pixelblink. It currently looks very boring cos theres barely any difference between your pixels and the photo. I'd like to see you think a little outside the square and test your skills on an original interpretation-or something less traced! I suppose the practice cant really hurt though.

you could change the colors and hues, i think a nice pink'ish white would look pimp!
