I'm coloring this for a competition at a forum:
There is a 16 color rule, no more, no less.
I have attempted to start dithering the pants, but I'm not sure if I should keep with it. Your crits?

I like the dithering, but dont go overboard...of course I dont want yours to be good because we're in the same competition....but that wouldnt be nice to give you bad crits and sabotage you..

I'd say to first block out your shadows and highlights before you get into dithering. It'll give a rough sense of depth early on and make it easier to understand exactly why you're dithering the areas the way you are.

I think your darklights (for lack of a better word) look a little odd without the presence of highlights. I'd take Blick's suggestions definately.
