I was bored so I drew a pixel PSP, first time ever pixeling, so criticisim is accpted. Used Paint, and was wondering if there was any better programs out there, because paint just isn't good enough!

I use paint. Some people use photoshop, etc. I think the glare would look better a little more random. and the squarish glare in the top left bothers me. You might want to AA the whites you used with some of the greys in there.

Not bad, no real complaints. I would fix the glare on the screen since its surently not very realistic, maybe on big line an a smaller line for the glare. Some AA would help too.
As for programs, how can paint not be good enough? If you want to use photoshop you can, btu I dont see the reason. Another god one is Graphics Gale, it has some nice stuff like layers, animations, and what not. |

it looks really large. I'd make something smaller.
And AA stands for anti-aliasing. It's a smoothing technique. There's some tutorials at Sprite Art that teach you how to do AAing and reverse AAing. :) |

I know that it looks really large, I was trying to make it large to look like you could hold it and play it.

I've never played a PSP or even seen on up close in real life (and I'm not planning on doing either), but the ox□Δ buttons seem too small to me.
I'd also suggest making the symbols on those buttons the same size. The □ is smaller than the o, making the actual buttons look differently sized (even though they're not). |
