I didn't reject the piece, but I'm guessing it was rejected because it wasn't good enough. I'd suggest you post this in the WIP forum to get help on how to improve this.

pixel-pork, there is no longer any need to post the image because Blueberry_pie has given a perfectly good explanation that you needed.

But to help you in the future, you should host the image on a site such as imageshack, ensell's host or photobucket, and use the URL it gives you.

Although somewhat cute it lacked affort and was colored poorly. Pillow shading is not the best technique to ever use. I would post it as a WIP and improve it, then resubmit.
