Depends on what you want to do with it aestically.

The bad news:
->The entire head does'nt resemble a humans head antomically...not very much.
-> There is a lack of understanding how shading works, please pick a light source and shade from there, in my revision I have picked the upper right corner. Shade darks where the light source is being blocked, shade lighter where light is shining strongly on a certain area. Of course this can get much more complicated, but I'll keep it simple.
-> The line art (outlines), is of poor quality. There are jagged unpolised edges all over the place - this is bad. Jagged edges come from 3 pixels uniting in a trifecta of doom that remsembles an 'L' with the top part chopped off.

The good news:
-> You didn't choose fully saturated colours, I.e: RED(255,0,0) Versus greyish-RED(140,60,60). Fully saturated colors will soon burn out the eyes of the viewers; We certainly don't want that :)


I've spent 7 minutes tweaking the head, the rest of up to you...You'll notice I've placed a lightbulb where the light source should be coming from.
I'm not sure what the subject in the picture was, I assume it's a female pirate...sorry for making the revision look like a guy X_X
