Can anyone make avatars for isometric chats? Just out of curiosity, if you could, how much would you want paying (american dollars)

Yah, the chat will be isometric (as you can tell im no programmer.) The owner doesnt know ive come looking for guys like you, but after the last avatars have gone wrong, we need someone else.  Here are some pics-
