Alright, just to clarify this so I can understand better, I was told not to ask for traces on this forum, does that mean all traces or just free traces. Like can I pay someone to replicate something from a TV show?

Well, either trace over it or draw it from scratch. Then, of course, color and shade it. For a 2d pixel game.

As long as I am not making profit from the game,which I won't be, yes it is allowed. It is a fan game. (And yes, I know it is stupid to pay to develop a non-profit game.)

Dude, it sounds okay to me. You must however realise that 'jobs' such as these are very unlikely to recieve much positive feedback. But good luck anyway.
