I could teach people how to write their own programs on the Ti-83 calc. Is anyone interested? It's fairly easy ( hell I cheated on may tests and got some good grades). If not the mods can delete this.

I'd like to learn as well. Currently I have the Casio equivalent, but the language is similar and I hope to upgrade to a TI sometime.

RPG is numberwang.

I have a beastly TI-30Xa. Yeah. That's right, 10 digit display, ability to store three numbers simultaneously. Being the big spender I am, I got it for $12 years ago. Of course, I could afford like 2 or 3 of them now.

Being in college, math 107 is pretty much the last course that they'll let me use a graphing calculator in, so I didn't bother buying one since I'm in 107 now. Can't even use graphing calculators in chemistry, so all you kids with your programs to convert moles into atoms and so on will just have to suck it up and do it manually if your school has the same policy as mine.

Having the programming knowledge would still help on homework though.

Glad to see some interest. I'm REALLY tired from work and college. I'll have to post a sample tutorial tomorrow.
