2D Mobile Game Artist
As a part of our team you will be responsible for design and implementation of low resolution "pixel" graphics. You must be a proven “pixel-pusher” with samples of original pixel art. You must be proficient in Photoshop or like-software for low as well as higher-resolution graphics.  Understanding of graphic optimization techniques are a definite plus.  Low-Polygon 3D is not required, but is also a plus. We are looking for fast and efficient artists with a great sense of design and a desire to quickly move up. A portfolio with samples is REQUIRED to be considered for this position.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a portfolio of low-res "pixel" art
• You are a gamer, and have a passion for the game experience
• You have traditional art training and/or proven experience
• You are proficient in Photoshop or like-software for both high and low resolution graphics.
• You have a proven understanding and passion for animation techniques.

This position is based in the Detroit, MI area, with an option to telecommute.
