well, i think this is finished, but i need Comments or critics before i try to post

You have some things that could use some revisions.
1-Transparent BG, it serves no purpose here.
2- Finish getting rid of the black lines.
3-More shadow/countouring areas to indicate depth. ie.the coat behind the legs should not be the same shade as the front of the coat.
4- A single light inside the pumpkin that glows as one rather than the one in the mouth and the two in the eyes.
5-Add some bulk to the walls of the pumpkin at the openings. Pumpkins are not so thin.
6- Rework the shading on the grooves of the pumpkin to something more realistic. It has a bit of a gradient look even if its not.
7- the hands and feet don't look very good. Luckily its a fantasy creature. Make them out of tree branches if your anatomy skills aren't yet good.

2-Ok, i think the new version is better
3-Fixed =P
4-well, i made this on purpose, looks like a live creature
5-i'll try, i think this is gonna be hard
6-i think its better in this newest version
7-i need wood textures tutorial xD

I don't see much difference other than the tie. You don't have room for much wood textures, don't worry too much about that. Concentrate in the pumpkin and the draping and shadowing of the fabric.
