PENGWINS! i know i spelt it wrong. o well, im makign a pixel art to celebrate the release of Happy Feet, which i really wanna see, im doing it in layers in GG:

bottom layer:
 
top layer:
 
i havnt really done anything to the top layer except for the lineart.

You clouds need to be more rounder imo, there just lines added next to each other
