Well, yes, there's potentially hundreds of tutorials you could write. Are there supposed to be links to any of these?

It's spelt "knowledge" btw, as in "to know".

I don't think you should even bother writting them.
By the looks of it I don't think you understand any of the techniques you're trying to teach people.
You're just going to end up misleading all of them.

If you can't say something nice or encouraging, don't say anything at all.

thank you.

@souly, im sorry that you think that but i know what dithering is, i know what anti-aliasing is. I know how people make line art, and i know how to get pallettes. i may need a little help with the lighsource, but thats it. and thats why i made this topic. so people can help me and tell me if there are any i missed.
this is to get uber n00bs on their feet and on their way towards being a great artist.
if you have any problems with my art, then comment on it, dont just go to a random post and tell me i suck and know nothing.
as for MSpaint ive been using it for over  5 years and im an expert.

first - Mspaint is a simple program and doesnt need that much time to be explained, second - just using something for a long time doesnt mean you're an expert on it. i've been using it for 3 years and achieve better results then you.

you're pixel work isnt really bad or anything, but i don't think you are quite at the level to make tutorials to train other people. I say make one tutorial, preferably on techniques so we can see how much of a grip you have on them, and we can help you with it

I would think the widely known "So you want to be a Pixel Artist?" would be already a good tutorial for the beginner pixel artist.

As far as line art techniques... I really feel like part of that is based on traditional art experience which involves practice.

I'm not saying you shouldn't make tutorials, make them if you really want to. But I think it would better your pixel art experience to spend more time perfecting your own techniques than making tutorials.

You could add "how to make transparent backgrounds" to your tutorial, and "color conservation" but that would go in advanced techniques I guess.

Most pixel artists try and keep their color count LOW.
Thus by using color conservation they can minimize their pallet properly.
