I know there is programs such as flash etc. But i would like to know how people take the so many frames they have produced and show it in an animated picture like an avatar or say this smiley:
I heard there is a way to do it with .gif's but i would really like to know.

Thanks to the people that can help me out.

Many people use such programs as unFREEZ or Microsoft GIF Animator. I personally use Photoshop, and Graphics Gale has the ability to do this too, though I think that's just the registered version.

RPG is numberwang.

If you make the frames for your animations and post them on here, and if you catch a community member on a good day, they just might compile your frames for you. Its best not to count on this but until you've learned the proggys MoD suggests, you never know :)

ps: I you do, you must list the timing, number of frames and place them as seperate frames on the same size canvas and with no need for edits watsoever. Cuz like it would be a favor.

I use Animation Shop Pro -  an add on to Paint Shop Pro. It's really simple to use
