A'ight, I submitted a wee and a knight and they were both rejected. So, I'd like to ask you guys for some c&c.

Wee (Ratchet from Ratchet:Gladiator)
 
The Knight didn't have shoulderpads and first, but now he does. I experimented with some gold trimming but it didn't turn out well.

The knight seems very simple and the wee a bit muddy. Its really hard to tell what is off really. Compare to the avvy you're using (by omegavolt) to yours and notice his, while of a similar size to your knight has great definition and you can see a lot of detail and refined pixelling. The wee suffers from over pixelling I think.
