Yep. An IRC chatroom can be set up in 5 minutes, though.

You can check out http://www.hotscripts.com and http://php.resourceindex.com/

They usually have pretty good scripts.  I don't know how easy it would be to get one of them to intergrate with PixelJoint...  I don't know jack about ASP, so I could n't help there...  I could make a simple PHP chatroom, but that is about it.
