Pixel Joint Forum: Strange Scene

   I decided to start working on something big, but I'm kind of stuck on something.

I'm trying to shade that creature on the top, but it's coming out all wrong. At first I thought I could dither it, but i'm afraid that will ruin it.

Also, if there's anything else wrong with it, please tell me.
